Legiano Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Liernin Enterprises Ltd, the operating entity behind Legiano, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/158/0074. This agreement governs your use of the Legiano platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using the service in any capacity, you accept these terms in full.

About us and licensing

Legiano is operated by Liernin Enterprises Ltd, registration number 126211, with a Cyprus registration reference of 438098, registered in the Marshall Islands. The platform holds a Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence, number OGL/2023/158/0074, issued in 2023 and covering both casino and sportsbook operations. Liernin Enterprises Ltd is part of the Rabidi N.V. group, which operates a number of related casino brands including Wazamba, SGCasino, BankOnBet, BoaBoa, Alf Casino, and Cadoola. Curaçao licensing provides offshore regulatory oversight; disputes not resolved internally are subject to Curaçao-based external dispute resolution rather than UK or EU-level consumer protection frameworks.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the service. Residents of the following jurisdictions are prohibited from registering or playing: the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, the Netherlands, Malta, Curaçao, Armenia, Tunisia, Indonesia, Georgia, and Malaysia. You may hold only one account per person; duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. We require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal, and we reserve the right to request documentation at any stage of your account’s life. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these terms.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallets (MiFinity, Jeton, Zimpler, Revolut), bank and fast-bank transfers (including Giropay, Sofort, and Interac where available by region), prepaid vouchers (Paysafecard), Apple Pay, and ten cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRON, USDC, BNB, Dogecoin, Solana, USDC on Solana, and Cardano. The minimum deposit is €10 for most methods and €30 for Bitcoin; the maximum deposit per transaction is €5,000. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to your account’s fiat balance at the prevailing rate and are not held natively. Withdrawals are processed on our side within three business days (Monday to Friday, 06:00–17:00 GMT); total delivery times are a few hours after approval for crypto, 24–48 hours for e-wallets, and 3–5 business days for cards and bank transfers. Monthly withdrawal limits are tiered by VIP level, ranging from €7,000 at entry level to €30,000 at VIP Level 5, and you may hold a maximum of three pending withdrawal requests at any time. Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the qualifying deposit. If a deposit has not been wagered at least once prior to withdrawal, a commission of 15% applies to card and bank transfer withdrawals and 10% (minimum €0.50) applies to e-wallet and crypto withdrawals. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is released.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion published on the platform carries its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across all deposit-based bonus offers. Wagering requirements on deposit bonuses are 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount; wagering requirements on free spin winnings and no-deposit bonuses are 40x. The maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active and wagering is incomplete is €5 per round or spin. The maximum cashout from bonus winnings is ten times the bonus amount for deposit bonuses, and five times the bonus amount for no-deposit bonuses. Bonus validity periods are 10 days for casino bonuses and 30 days for sports bonuses from the date of issue. Game contribution towards wagering is 100% for slots, 10% for live casino games and video poker, and 0% for table and card games; jackpot slots, Slingo, and bingo titles may not be played with active bonus funds. We reserve the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where we identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk or hedge betting, placing bets exceeding €100 before wagering requirements are met, or deliberately switching game types after a significant win to exploit contribution weightings.

Responsible gambling

We provide a range of responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted via [email protected] or [email protected] are processed without undue delay. If you believe your gambling is causing harm, you should contact our support team immediately or consult the resources listed on the Responsible Gambling page.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected] ; general queries receive a response within 24 hours. If your complaint is not resolved at first contact, submit a formal complaint to [email protected] , where we will provide an outcome within 10 days of receipt. If a complaint remains unresolved after our internal process is exhausted, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing regulator for external review. We do not offer access to a UK or EU-based alternative dispute resolution body, consistent with our Curaçao licensing basis.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the site prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revision will be stated at the top of the updated page. Continued use of the service after that effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
