Legiano Privacy Policy
Legiano is operated by Liernin Enterprises Ltd, a company registered in the Marshall Islands and part of the Rabidi N.V. group. This page sets out what personal data we collect from you, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. Legiano holds a Curaçao licence (OGL/2023/158/0074) issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission; accordingly, this policy is governed by the operator’s own data-handling commitments rather than UK GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018.
What information we collect
We collect personal data across several categories depending on how you interact with the site. At account registration, we collect your name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. For identity and payment verification (KYC), we collect copies of government-issued photo ID, proof of address documents, and where required, copies of payment instruments. We also collect gameplay data including deposit and withdrawal records, bet history, session times, and game selections. Device and network data, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers, are recorded automatically when you access the site. Cookies and similar technologies are used for site functionality and analytics.
How we use your information
We use the data we collect to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, and make gameplay available to you. We carry out identity verification, age verification, anti-money laundering checks, and transaction monitoring as part of our regulatory obligations under the terms of our Curaçao licence. Device and network data are used for security monitoring and fraud prevention. Where you have opted in, we use your contact details to send marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time. Customer support interactions are recorded to handle queries and complaints.
Who we share data with
We share personal data with licensed payment processors to handle deposits and withdrawals, and with identity verification providers to complete KYC checks. Data may be disclosed to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or other competent authorities when required under our licence obligations or applicable law. We may share data with affiliated companies within the Rabidi N.V. group for operational and compliance purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Data retention
We retain account and transaction records for a minimum of five years following account closure, in line with anti-money laundering obligations applicable to our licence. Certain records, including KYC documents and financial transaction logs, may be kept for up to seven years where required by the terms of our regulatory obligations or applicable law. Data that is no longer required for any lawful purpose is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data. You may request erasure of your data, subject to any retention obligations that prevent deletion. You have the right to restrict or object to certain processing activities. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. If you have concerns about how we handle your data, you may raise a complaint directly with us or with the relevant supervisory authority in your country of residence.
